Event Oversight: Supervise room setups, food service, and clean-up. Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and direct banquet servers and captains. Team Communication: Work with the kitchen and sales teams to match event orders. Guest Relations: Greet hosts, check on service quality, and fix complaints. Inventory Control: Order supplies, track china and silver, and manage liquor stock. Experience: High school diploma plus two years in food service or event management. Leadership: Past supervisory experience in a hotel or catering setting. Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
