Job Summary and Responsibilities Live Well Family Medicine has an excellent outpatient opportunity for a BE/BC Primary Care Provider to join our growing primary care group in Chandler, AZ. We are a team of two experienced MD's and three Physician Assistance and offer competitive salary, benefits, CME, sign-on and relocation assistance.
