A growing manufacturing organization in the Antelope Valley is seeking an experienced financial leader to provide interim executive-level support during a critical period. The company operates in a fast-paced environment where strong financial oversight, cost management, and operational insight are essential to continued success. This role will play a key part in stabilizing accounting operations, supporting leadership, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

The Opportunity

This position was created to provide immediate leadership and hands-on support to the accounting function. The Fractional CFO will partner closely with executive leadership and the accounting team to close the fiscal year, strengthen financial controls, and improve visibility into business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead efforts to close the prior fiscal year and support accurate, timely month-end financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and overall financial performance monitoring.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory controls and partner with operations leaders to strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Support and mentor the accounting team while helping implement best practices and financial processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including CFO, Controller, or senior finance roles.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, cost accounting, and inventory analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling tools.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred, with the ability to work onsite and quickly assess operational challenges.
