We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with outstanding communication and customer service skills who loves cats:
- The ideal candidate will have prior front desk experience within a veterinary hospital, possess a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task in a very busy environment and have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
- The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out of the hospital, processing payments, answering telephones, scanning and electronic filing, emailing/calling in prescriptions, client education, stocking pet food and maintaining the appearance of the front desk and lobby.
