Red Moose Landscape Maintenance is a Christian company that values honesty, integrity, and strong moral character. We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager & Salesman with management duties to join our growing team serving the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene (CDA) markets.

In this role, you will:

• Prospect for and close new landscape maintenance contracts
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Conduct property walk-throughs, accurately estimate jobs, and present professional proposals with service options
• Sell enhancements, additional services, and renewals to existing accounts
• Line out and direct team members on the work you have sold
• Manage personnel and operations in your assigned region
• Deliver outstanding client service to drive retention and referrals
• Develop and nurture B2B referral partnerships.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $70,000 per year
• Earning potential beyond your base salary is based on your sales ability, customer satisfaction, and client retention. Strong performers who excel in sales and client retention can earn $150,000+ (with uncapped commissions on all sales you close).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
• Strong experience in the landscape maintenance industry is essential — candidates should have deep knowledge of lawn care, shrub & tree care, pest control, seasonal cleanups, and other maintenance services. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the landscape maintenance industry is ideal.
• Ability to understand, identify, and recommend solutions for common diseases and pests that attack lawns and landscape ornamentals
• Proven ability to accurately estimate jobs and present clear, value-driven options to clients
• Clean driving record and comfortable meeting clients in person and presenting proposal options.
• Need to be comfortable managing team members and having difficult conversations.
