You’ll collaborate with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that make valuable contributions to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. You won’t be alone! Figma has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success Participate in customer and prospect meetings Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals We'd love to hear from you if you have: 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing sales teams Strong understanding of technical products, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments Exceptional coaching, communication, discovery, and presentation skills Passion for driving customer success, building lasting relationships, and delivering consistent sales results At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law. Annual Base Salary Range:

$155,500 — $230,500 USD
