Academy Director

Missouri State University is hiring a Director, New Student Orientation. The director leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the university's new-student onboarding experience, working within Enrollment Management to align orientation with recruitment, admissions, and advising. The role also manages departmental operations, supervising staff and overseeing a student-fee-supported budget. Supervise professional staff, graduate assistants, and student employees. Oversee a student-fee-supported departmental budget. Collaborate across the university to deliver a coordinated onboarding experience. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in higher education administration or a related field preferred. 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, enrollment management, or orientation programming. 2+ years of experience supervising staff and managing complex programs.
