Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager
Horizons Inc
Horizons is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide hospice care at patients' homes in the DeSoto, TX area. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary group to meet physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and ensure high-quality end-of-life care. The role requires an active RN license (NLC preferred), a current CPR, and strong English communication. Two years of RN experience, preferably in hospice, is desired.
