Position: Canvassing Manager Trainee - Start ASAP! | Earn $75K-$125K
We are seeking a driven, high-energy leader to join our fast-track Management Trainee program. If you have door-to-door experience and are ready to step into a leadership role where you can build, coach, and run your own team, this is your opportunity.
This is a high-earning career path offering a base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and future team overrides.
Required Experience
- Experience in door-to-door sales or field canvassing (Home Improvement or related industry preferred).
- Strong coaching and team management skills
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
- Conduct regular meetings and coaching
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies
- Plan neighborhood mappings and route strategies
