Maintenance Tech/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep PlantJennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.Job Description:Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as neededWelding and torching as needed (preferred, not required)Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required)General labor and maintenance support where neededFollow all safety procedures and other duties as assignedSchedule:Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMNight Shift: 9:00pm- 7:00AM4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime as availableBenefits:Pay increase at 90-days (conditions apply)Paid vacation & holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Requirements:Previous maintenance experience preferredMSHA Surface certification (training provided if needed)Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidaysMust pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle testbasic hand toolsRequired PPE:Hard hatReflective vest or shirtMetatarsal bootsOur employees are our greatest asset.
