Job Description

We're looking for a prep cook with a passion for food, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You'll join a supportive team that takes pride in crafting delicious, scratch-made dishes with locally sourced ingredients. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and proteins with consistency and care.
• Measure and mix ingredients to support daily menus and specials.
• Assist chefs with cooking and plating as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
• Bring an attention to detail to every task, helping us deliver a polished, upscale café experience.
• Support inventory and restocking to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the team, including dishwashing.
