Title: Practice Lead, Executive Search – Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics Industry: Executive Search | Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics & Industrial Operations Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid; 5 days/week initially, transitioning to 4:1 hybrid schedule) Base: $70,000–$100,000 base

• Bonus: 25%–75% of base (Est. OTE: $100K-$150K)
• Uncapped commission paid monthly (based on start date of placed candidate, not customer payment date)
• Profit sharing
