RN - Registered Nurse Job Location: Champaign, IL Company Name: Haven of Champaign Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Haven of Champaign. As a full-time RN at our facility, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides individualized care to our residents. Our RNs are role models of dedication, treating every patient with the utmost respect and kindness. Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies Make daily rounds of unit and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Requirements Nursing License required by the state Ability to work every other weekend Compliant with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle stress Must be energetic, professional, and reliable Benefits Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401(K) Program Paid Time Off Paid holidays Why join our team?
