Regulatory Specialist

Overview Regulatory Specialist – Packaging / Converting — Location: Menasha, WI area | Hybrid | Type: Contract / Temporary with potential for longer-term consideration. Responsibilities Prepare regulatory documents, customer response letters, technical files, and supporting documentation related to product data, compliance statements, surveys, questionnaires, FDA compliance, Prop 65, and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with suppliers and internal plant teams to gather documentation, track outstanding items, and ensure information is complete and accurate. Maintain strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and the ability to professionally chase information when needed to support regulatory processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, communication, and documentation. Teachable, organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a changing environment. Preferred: Candidates within driving distance of Menasha, Appleton, Green Bay, or surrounding area. Experience in regulatory documentation related to product data, compliance statements, surveys, and regulatory inquiries is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
