Part Time Lecturer - School of Nursing (Fall River, MA)

About the Opportunity The School of Nursing, Fall River campus, is seeking part‑time faculty to teach theoretical courses including didactic and/or skills laboratory courses in the following areas: Adult Medical/Surgical Public Community Health Maternal Child/Women’s Health Pediatrics Psychiatric/Mental Health Part‑time instructor positions are available as determined by the department’s curricular and institutional needs. Responsibilities Preparation of lectures, course materials, examinations, and evaluation of student performance in the course. May work under the direction of the lead faculty for the course. Hold office hours as appropriate. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing. Minimum of two years relevant professional nursing experience within the last five years. Competence appropriate to teaching responsibilities. Current Massachusetts RN license. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable. Start Dates May, July, September, and January.
