We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of “in the trenches” experience to handle business, real estate, finance and trust cases. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of “in the trenches” experience to handle business, real estate, finance and trust cases. Responsibilities Handle business, real estate, finance and trust litigation matters Represent both plaintiffs and defendants Work on matters through the various stages of litigation Prepare and handle litigation documents, pleadings and discovery Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and courts Assist with case strategy and preparation Participate in trial preparation and, where applicable, trial proceedings Qualifications 4–7 years of hands-on litigation experience Experience handling business, real estate, finance and/or trust cases Experience with both plaintiff and defense matters is valuable Trial experience is a plus What We Offer $250,000–$400,000 annual salary Incentive bonus program Partnership opportunities Insurance PTO Parental leave Opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with great clients in an established, growing firm Work Location: Newport Beach, CA, in the Orange County Airport area.
