Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Sentry Tower

Salary: $220,000 - 330,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Robotics, or Computer Science with a focus on Computer Vision, or a BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• We are looking for 6+ years of experience developing, benchmarking, and optimizing ML algorithms on large-scale datasets.
• We need a strong background in deep learning and computer vision.
• We require proficiency in C++ development in a Linux environment.
• We expect experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
• We require experience deploying models with TensorRT and ONNX.
• We need experience optimizing on-device inference and vision kernels across CPU, GPU, and NPU.
• We require a proven record of taking computer vision models from research and development into production.
• We expect experience writing and maintaining automated continuous integration tests.
• We need knowledge of system profiling and tuning for latency, memory, and power efficiency.
• We require the ability to run experiments, perform ablation studies, and produce detailed reports.
• We require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Preferred experience includes object detection, object tracking, instance segmentation, semantic segmentation, semantic change detection, depth estimation, model pruning, and compression.
• Preferred experience also includes visual odometry, SLAM, multi-view geometry, camera models, RGB-D and LiDAR sensor fusion, and optical flow.
• We value experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
• We prefer at least 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

• We will have you propose and prototype inventive solutions to solve real-world problems using state-of-the-art methods.

• We will have you train and deploy deep learning models for real-time applications.
• We will have you collaborate closely with camera, systems, and labeling teams.
