Quality Systems Administrator (Associate Level 2 or Experienced Level 3) Company: Aerospace Composite Center, LLC Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO. Position Responsibilities: Maintains Quality policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability Conducts software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management Analyzes data for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment Pull data and create reports from training records Works under general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel 1+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data Experience with quality audits and assessments 1+ years of experience with data document and control Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience in a Quality job role 1+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS) Bachelor’s degree Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
