Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Branson, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Security Officer at a premier hotels and resorts location, you will conduct routine patrols, operate a vehicle as part of a driving post, remain visible to help deter incidents, and assist guests, visitors, and team members with exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking locations, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Monitor access points and support adherence to property entry, visitor, and parking procedures while maintaining a welcoming presence for guests. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
