Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
$60,000-$65,000/year + Full Benefits


We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to support attorneys through all phases of case preparation and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and legal articles.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Gather and review evidence, medical records, and other case-related documents.
  • Maintain case files, track court deadlines, and organize documentation.
  • Provide trial support by preparing exhibits, trial notebooks, and coordinating witness schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in managing electronic and physical case files.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
