What You'll Do: As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Jacksonville Clinic, you will be instrumental in: Providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Conducting thorough physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans. Prescribing medications and managing patient conditions effectively. Emphasizing preventative care, health promotion, and patient education. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care. Maintaining accurate and detailed electronic health records. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes for the Jacksonville community. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas. Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration. Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred Qualifications: Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting strongly preferred.
