The role you'll contribute:

The Physical Therapist provides self-directed, effective therapy to patients in accordance with Florida Physical Therapy Association standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 486.021 (S): "Physical Therapist means a person who is licensed and who practices physical therapy in accordance with this chapter."

The Physical Therapist will practice within the Scope of Standards of Therapy Services practice.

Collection of comprehensive data pertinent to the patients' health or situation.

Performs consults as indicated from database collection

Analyzes the assessment data to determine course of treatment.

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Associate 0 years experience

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School. Specific Degree/Major: Physical Therapy Degree

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert

Florida Licensure PT; Valid BCLS or completion within 90 days of hire.
