Responsibilities Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from problem framing and experimental design through production delivery Architect and implement scalable data solutions Fuse disparate data sources and establish data preparation standards Implement data quality controls and manage schema changes Develop, evaluate, and deploy predictive models and optimization approaches Support text-heavy and unstructured-data use cases with NLP methods Deliver decision-support products through Power BI Provide technical leadership and consultation Requirements 5+ years of related experience Master’s or doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science or related discipline Strong proficiency in Python or R for analytics, ML, and data manipulation Advanced SQL skills and hands‑on experience with SQL Server Experience using Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark) Solid understanding of data engineering concepts Experience producing decision-quality visualization and reporting, preferably with Power BI Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and agent concepts Experience integrating analytics into applications using Power Apps #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
