Employment Opportunity We’re looking for an Unarmed Special Resource Officer who will serve as a customer service champion and support a fast‑growing technology startup. The candidate will enforce safety and security standards, cultivate a welcoming environment, and undergo 80 hours of training in wellness procedures, threat detection, de‑escalation and response. Qualifications Speak, read, and write English Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency Minimum 1 year supervisory security or related experience Valid driver’s license Own personal vehicle 21 years of age or older Flexibility to cover all posts in the assigned market Expected Responsibilities Meet requirements of all subordinate security positions Conduct site inspections Establish relationships within the customer organization and support the site supervisor Deliver high‑quality services to customers Actively contribute to customer satisfaction Demonstrate working knowledge of client affiliate location operations, including security procedures, policies, and regulations Accountable for the quality of all deliverables Support the site supervisor during normal and emergency operations Ensure security staff are prepared for shift duties and all posts are staffed for every shift Identify improvements to delivery and execution of security services Develop staff in technical and professional skills, including ongoing refresher training for all guards throughout the calendar year Evaluate effectiveness of security staff response, knowledge, and competency Resolve issues in a timely manner Demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts through de‑escalation techniques Represent the supplier in the absence of the site security manager Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in the security industry Skills Consistently meet the highest professional and ethical standards Expertise in the chosen service line and skill competency Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to manage a small team #J-18808-Ljbffr Inter-Con Security
