We're searching for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists, open to both Clinical Fellows and those with their CCC, who are excited to make a lasting difference across elementary, middle, or high schools. With three openings available, you'll be part of a supportive environment serving caseloads averaging 55 students, tailored to your experience and professional interests.

This is a full-time, onsite contract position, running from August 13, 2026, through June 10, 2027. If you're a CFY candidate, you'll benefit from comprehensive supervision and mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship. Both local professionals and travelers are welcome to explore this opportunity.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Virginia
• Open to SLPs with CCC or those completing their CFY
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical skills in any setting welcome
• Commitment to serving diverse student populations
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students in assigned schools
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal guidelines
• If in CFY, fully engage in mentorship and supervision process
