Position: Carrier Representative Reports to: Operations Manager Job Overview: As a Carrier Representative, your main role will be to source and manage carrier capacity to fulfill customer transportation needs. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and manage carrier capacity for customer shipments. Provide accurate, timely updates to carriers and Customer Representatives. Oversee shipments, coordinating with carriers to keep everyone informed. Build strong, lasting relationships with carriers. Qualify new carriers and support onboarding.
