Job Description We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinatorto become apart of our team!You willcoordinate medical and health services in the Adult Care Home with providers from hospitals, doctor's offices, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Oversee medical and health serviceactivities andpersonnel Plan andcoordinate healthservices Workcollaboratively with physiciansto implement appropriate healthcareprograms Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcareor other medical fields Experience in a managerial role Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Desire to help the geriatric community #J-18808-Ljbffr
