What you'll actually be doing:
This is a leadership role focused on people, performance, and growth

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and showroom staff

Assign leads and territories to drive performance and profitability

Track sales results and coach your team toward goals

Recruit, onboard, and train new team members

Partner with leadership on strategy, promotions, and showroom events

Select and merchandise products that fit your local market

Review reports, performance metrics, and P&L results

Must have building materials background
