As a Security Guard Mobile Driver in SALINAS, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Driving Security Officer at a retail plaza, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to routine concerns. Pay Rate: $21.26 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity at the location, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and interactions in clear, accurate reports while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
