Discord is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own safety infrastructure from design to post-launch iteration. You will build and operate production systems at massive scale, work across Trust & Safety, ML, Policy, and product teams, and mentor others to uphold engineering quality. The role demands 5+ years in backend or infrastructure, strong Python skills (Rust/TypeScript a plus), and experience with distributed services on AWS/GCP.
