Registered Nurse Behavioral Health

Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15. Every other weekend required.

13-week contracts or longer with 36-48 hours per week guaranteed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
• Certification in MOAB required.
• Experience in inpatient settings with various mental health disorders.
• Proficient in use of EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR for documentation.
• Skills in medication administration and physical hold protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to adults and geriatrics with mental health diagnoses.
• Monitor patient behavior and vital signs to ensure safety and well-being.
• Implement crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Administer medication and manage treatment plans effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
