Recruiter PositionPowerGrid Services is searching for a forward-thinking Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across field support, technical, and corporate functions. This individual will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, cultivating candidate relationships, building sustainable talent pipelines. If you are passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Preference will be given to qualified candidates local or commutable to Hartselle, Alabama.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding support.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Source candidates through professional resources, job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, trade schools, and community partnerships.Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and facilitate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Develop and execute recruiting campaigns to support high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.Represent PowerGrid Services at career fairs, industry events, and workforce development programs.Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company hiring practices.Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and recruiting effectiveness.Qualifications2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition (required); experience recruiting field support, professional, and technical positions is preferred but not required.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.Preferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Recruiting for utility, power generation, electrical, construction, or field service organizations.High-volume recruiting experience.What We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and team-oriented cultureWorking ConditionsWork is primarily performed in office or approved remote location dedicated home office environment utilizing standard office equipment.Position requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.Requires close visual acuity for reviewing sourcing resources, candidate profiles/resumes, and system data.May require occasional travel to support networking or career fair recruitment initiatives.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
