The position reports to the Financial Reporting Manager and will partner closely with other stakeholders at the Company's headquarters in Arlington and across different business units globally as a key point of contact for accounting issues and to support various accounting deliverables. The position is primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. To assist in the preparation of SEC (10-K/10-Q) and other public filings, including the coordination and preparation of required disclosure information for 100+ business units worldwide. To assist in identifying and communicating the impacts of new or proposed accounting interpretations, pronouncements, or other technical literature to key stakeholders. The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $83,000 and $99,450/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).
