Acts as general supervisor over assigned lab activities and requires no direct supervision, able to work alone. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant science is preferred. Experience: Three (3) years experience as Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Specialist is required. One year supervisory or two (2) years lead experience required. Technical Skills: General bench tech skills required to provide coverage in all modalities License/Certification: Certified as general supervisor under Nevada State Board with MT (ASC) or equivalent registration Other: Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide high quality of patient care appropriately (specific age competent).
