Your Purpose as a Sales Manager Demonstrates a high level of proficiency through the Single Point of Contact sales process. Proficient knowledge of all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information. Responsible to comply and understand all processes of dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. Acquire and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed. Greets and creates a delightful professional and courteous experience for all guests by phone, e-mail, or face‑to‑face interactions. Maintains professionalism and delivers excellent customer service to each guest. Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentation by assisting guests on their test drive of vehicle(s). Ability to maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacture products to support guests’ questions.
