What You'll Do:
- Lead a small team of house cleaners at each job
- Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services
- Ensure every home meets Molly Maid standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Complete checklists and required paperwork accurately
- Keep your team on schedule and working efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and dependable attendance (this is a must)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Integrity and accountability in customers' homes
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (ability to drive company car)
- Ability to work full-time MondayFriday
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, cleaning all day)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay & Benefits:
- $450$700 per week (based on performance and experience)
- Paid time off (up to 10 days per year)
