Rippling is expanding its Global Payroll Operations to deliver payroll capabilities across borders, starting with Portugal. You will own end-to-end payroll operations, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and build capabilities for new geographies and customers. The role requires 3+ years in global payroll, strong Portuguese experience, and bilingual English/Portuguese communication.
