Licensed Massage Therapist

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide exceptional patient service. This role involves assessing patients' needs and delivering tailored massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to promote pain management and overall well-being. Experience in a medical spa environment is a plus.
* Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and enhance relaxation.
* Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and patient progress.
* Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care. *Qualifications* * Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health principles.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
* Ability to perform assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
* Experience in pain management techniques is preferred.
* Previous experience in a medical spa setting is advantageous but not required.
