BGH is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the front office operates efficiently.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
• Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately input patient data
• Collect payments and review financial arrangements
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with patient communications
• Support the back office team in maintaining efficient workflow
• Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting front office space

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred, willing to train
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
