Phlebotomist

Role Overview This position involves performing venipuncture, capillary collection, and 12-lead EKGs for patients of all ages, ensuring proper sample handling and preparation. Utilizing Laboratory Information System (L.I.S.) and other tools, you will manage laboratory workflows, respond to service requests, and accurately distribute reports. Deliver patient care with professionalism, recognizing age-specific needs and maintaining a customer-focused approach aligned with organizational values. Support quality initiatives and ensure compliance through precise documentation and adherence to protocols. Contribute to laboratory operations by managing inventory, engaging in ongoing training, and promoting professional growth. Candidate Profile Current CPR-BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross is required. Completion of a phlebotomy training program with 100 hours of clinical experience. Strong soft skills include customer service, multitasking, and collaboration.
