Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise Lead-to-Cash process, policy, and operating model architecture.
• Define and evolve end-to-end L2C processes across direct and indirect sales channels.
• Develop digital transformation strategies that improve business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead architecture initiatives across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Lead and mentor business, process, and solution architects.
• Partner with technology leaders to define solution scope, architecture standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive consistency and standardization across enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Assess and rationalize legacy Lead-to-Cash policies and processes.
• Evaluate business and technology trade-offs and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Define enterprise personas, customer journeys, experience blueprints, and service design principles.
• Ensure customer, partner, seller, and operational experiences are incorporated into process and technology designs.
• Translate business strategy and customer experience objectives into process, data, and technology capabilities.
• Identify impacts across systems, integrations, data flows, and operating procedures.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across business functions.
• Coordinate dependencies across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Success, IT, and other functions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and resolve competing business and technology requirements.
• Support executive governance forums with analysis of options, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Ensure architectural decisions are documented, communicated, governed, and consistently implemented.
• Provide thought leadership in business architecture, enterprise operating models, and digital transformation.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, operating models, and enterprise business architecture.
• Strong experience leading large-scale business process harmonization and digital transformation programs.
• Excellent systems-thinking and business architecture capabilities.
• Ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts of business and technology decisions.
• Experience translating strategic business objectives into process, data, and technology capabilities.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work with and influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies, business process frameworks, and governance practices.
• Experience working with highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.

L2C Technology Experience

Experience with Lead-to-Cash platforms and capabilities such as:

• CRM
• CPQ
• Order Management
• Provisioning
• Entitlements
• Billing
• Finance systems
• Sales and channel platforms
• Enterprise integrations and data flows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise process architecture, business architecture, operating model design, business transformation, or related areas.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale commercial transformation and integration programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience working with senior executives and enterprise stakeholders.
