Production Supervisor

Industry: Manufacturing | Food | Pharmaceutical | Industrial Production Are you a hands‑on manufacturing leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. What You’ll Do: Lead daily production activities to achieve production goals and KPIs. Drive safety, quality, and GMP compliance across manufacturing operations. Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities. Coach and develop production associates to maximize performance and engagement. Partner with cross‑functional teams including Quality, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations. Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements. Manage inventory transactions and material flow using ERP systems (SAP preferred). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of manufacturing experience OR Associate degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
