Electromechanical Technician

Job Description Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the department supporting the assembly and testing of sophisticated electro-mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: Horsham, PA Pay Range: $23-$30 Depending on experience Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM to 3:30PM What's the Job? Support assembly, testing, and production work related to electro-mechanical devices Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board component installation Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment Monitor and suggest improvements to assembly processes and quality standards What's Needed? 5+ years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role required High School Diploma required Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components and soldering standards (J-STD-001) Ability to operate standard electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and meters Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods What's in it for me?
