Project Manager – Multifamily Plumbing | 20/20 Plumbing & Heating Inc. | Riverside, CA | $80K–$120K We're an employee-owned company looking for a Project Manager to lead multifamily plumbing projects in Riverside. Since 2015, we've been a leader in HVAC and plumbing across California and Nevada, and we're all about building communities and building excellence together. What you'll do: Manage multiple plumbing projects from bid through final construction Oversee contracts, change orders, budgets, and schedules Coordinate on-site crews, material delivery, and plumbing layout design Keep projects on track for profitability, quality, and safety What you bring: 5+ years of plumbing installation experience CA driver's license with clean record Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-costing software Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and travel to jobsites Why join us: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + 401k Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and life insurance Be an owner, not just an employee Full-time, in-person role in Riverside.
