We are seeking experienced Marine Welders and Pipe Fitters to support fabrication, repair, and installation work on vessels, barges, and marine structures. Overview

Candidates should be skilled in structural and pipe welding, capable of working from blueprints and specifications, and comfortable operating in shipyard, dry dock, and onboard vessel environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and pipe welding on marine vessels, barges, and related structures
- Execute SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes on:
- Carbon steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminum
- Fit, fabricate, and install piping systems and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ABS/USCG specifications
- Conduct repair, modification, and new installation work in shipyard and marine environments
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Work effectively in shop settings, dry docks, and onboard vessels
- Previous experience in marine welding, pipe fitting, or heavy industrial fabrication
- Proficiency with SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications
- Ability to pass a hands-on weld test
- Strong understanding of shipyard safety practices
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and confined spaces as needed
- ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) welding certifications
- U.S. Coast Guard welding certifications
- Shipyard experience
- TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable in fast-paced industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Work may be performed:
- In shipyards and fabrication shops
- In dry dock environments
- Onboard active or docked vessels
- Indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
