Ourclient is a mid-market professional services organization that is activelyrethinking how it designs and executes its core business operations throughartificial intelligence and automation. The company is building a dedicated AIcapability to embed machine learning and generative AI into its most criticalinternal workflows – from decision support and process automation to real-timeanalytics and intelligent document processing. Whatwill you do Theideal candidate has 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least2–3 years working directly on AI or ML-powered products. You understand how AIsystems are built well enough to have substantive technical conversations withengineers and data scientists, and you have strong instincts for how to scope,prioritize, and communicate in environments where the product is still beingdefined. Experience leading AI product efforts in an internal tooling orenterprise context is a significant advantage. Responsibilities Ownthe product roadmap for the organization’s AI initiatives, working withbusiness stakeholders and technical teams to define priorities, scope, andsuccess metrics. Translateoperational pain points and business requirements into clear, actionableproduct specifications for ML engineers, data scientists, and designers. Leaddiscovery and requirements gathering for AI use cases, including user research,workflow analysis, and feasibility assessment with the technical team. Drivedelivery across cross-functional AI product squads, keeping projects on track,surfacing blockers, and managing stakeholder expectations. Defineand track KPIs for deployed AI capabilities, using outcome data to guideiteration and prioritization decisions. Buildand maintain a structured feedback loop between end users and the AIdevelopment team to ensure products solve real problems effectively. Developbusiness cases for new AI investments, including cost-benefit analysis,adoption forecasts, and risk assessments. Serveas an internal advocate for responsible AI practices, ensuring products aredesigned with appropriate oversight and auditability. Requirements USCitizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States. Experience:5–8 years in product management with a minimum of 2–3 years leading AI or ML-related product work. TechnicalFluency: Sufficient technical understanding to partner effectively with MLengineers and data scientists; ability to review model outputs, evaluatetradeoffs, and contribute meaningfully to scope decisions. ProductExecution: Demonstrated track record of taking AI or data products from conceptthrough launch and adoption in an enterprise context. Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translatecomplex AI concepts for executive and non-technical audiences. StakeholderManagement: Experience aligning diverse stakeholders around a product strategy,navigating competing priorities, and driving decisions with incompleteinformation. Preferred Hands-onexperience with generative AI products, LLM-powered tools, or intelligentprocess automation. Backgroundin professional services, consulting, or enterprise software. Familiaritywith AI ethics frameworks, model governance practices, or responsible AIprinciples. Experiencedefining and managing OKRs or similar goal frameworks for AI product delivery. MBA orgraduate degree in a relevant field; or equivalent experience in a seniorproduct role.
