Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and perform software upgrades. Support market data and trade execution platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.). Execute daily operational tasks including system health checks, data center inspections, and ticket management. Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings. Provide rotating off‑hours support as needed. Requirements 5+ years of workstation support experience and a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, Windows 11, and Office 365. Financial services experience with familiarity in market data applications. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with backup tools, desktop patching, VMware, Ivanti, printer support, or mobile device management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
