Mid ISR Collection Requirement Mgr

Overview Support the United States Central Command J23 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) branch by developing and approving collection requirements throughout the USCENTCOM AOR. Collection Managers (CM) play a critical role in ensuring component requirements are prioritized, actioned, and aligned with ISR policy to reduce intelligence gaps and drive allocation decisions. To be successful in this role you’ll be able to take intelligence needs, coordinate with components, and create clearly articulated collection requirements that satisfy USCENTCOM intelligence requirements. Work Schedule Varies but typically Monday through Friday, 0800-1600. Essential Responsibilities Engage with analysts to determine intelligence needs, identifying and developing possible collection postures and strategies. Convert intelligence needs into collection requirements and establish priorities, tasking or coordinating with appropriate collection sources or agencies. Support solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation/registration, prioritization, and validation of multiple intelligence (GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT) discipline collection requirements management per standing policy. Translate received requirements into discipline‑specific language in accordance with SOPs and Combat Support Agency guidance. Research and manage USCENTCOM Theater priorities or Intelligence Community priorities and guidance to align USCENTCOM collection requests with standings. Manage the daily/weekly Joint Intelligence Prioritized Collection List/Component Intelligence Collection List database. Monitor and routinely provide updates to requestors on the status of USCENTCOM collection requirements and adjust requirements to ensure optimal deployment of assets. Review existing collection requirements and contact originators on status, disposition, and expiration. Develop ISR utilization and contributions summaries and manage issue and requirements tracking databases. Other Responsibilities Maintain a safety culture by continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. Adhere to quality and customer satisfaction standards, ensuring compliance with the Amentum Quality System documents and customer contracts. Read, understand, and implement operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to the role. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or MOS equivalent specialized training. 4–6 years of intelligence experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an intelligence function. Security Clearance TS/SCI with Poly required. Compensation $82,000 - $85,000 per annum (good‑faith estimate).
