Food Runner

We are a high-volume restaurant that takes care of guests dining in our beautiful location. You will be responsible for the smooth flow of service and liaison between the BOH and FOH. You will be the one setting the tone for a fantastic experience. Taking initiative, working at a fast pace, and having a passion in this industry will go a long way! If you are efficient, able to multitask and creative, we want you on our team.

As a Food Runner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences, ensuring prompt and accurate food service while supporting the front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service by delivering quality food to guests and maintaining frequent communication with servers.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
