Job Summary

We are seeking for a Dealership Assistant to join our busy automotive group. As the Dealership Assistant, you will support the sales department and key executives. You will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including creating schedules, coordinating meeting times, and improving office efficiencies. You will maintain accurate files and expense reports.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of administrative support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems, facilitating expense reports, and ordering office supplies
• Managing KPI statistics for various locations
• Compile and document incoming messages, phone calls, voicemails, follow-up requests, memos, and emails and report them to the office manager
• Assist automotive group execs by assisting with meeting preparation and transcribing meeting minutes
• Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are accurate and complete
• Execute other administrative duties as assigned by executives, including picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, and more

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Two or more years of experience working as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing office manager duties
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and verbal communication skills
